DESCRIPTION
Acts as Deputy to the Chief Conference Centre, consisting of Briefing Centre and Multi-Functional Building, thus responsible for the general functioning as a whole, managing all aspects to enable briefings and VTCs for or by the HQEC. He/she is the financial POC for the management of the budget Briefing Centre and Multi-Purpose Building. He/She works in the area of conference centre budget planning, equipment maintenance management, and BC development and investment project management. The incumbent on this position is responsible for ensuring the continuity of BC performance and development in conditions of constant rotation of military personnel in other BC positions.
PROFESSIONAL / EXPERIENCE
– Have at least two years’ experience in the field.
– Have a good knowledge of audio-visual technical issues.
– Be able to demonstrate precision and attention to details.
– Be able to demonstrate customer focus and customer service skills.
– Possess a working knowledge of current office software packages (MS Office).
EDUCATION / TRAINING
Bachelor or equivalent with at least two years’ experience in a related position.
LANGUAGE
English is the day to day working language in Eurocorps. A fluent knowledge of English and French is required.

DESCRIPTION
The COMPUSEC scrutinizes and analyzes security logs and event data to identify security issues, patterns and trends. He works with team members to develop strategies to improve the security posture based on log analysis. He prepares detailed incident reports, including scope, impact and recommended actions for remediation and prevention. He constantly monitors SIEM dashboards and other cybersecurity tools for signs of suspicious activity, security alerts and anomalies. He/she contributes to cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees.
PROFESSIONAL / EXPERIENCE
– 2-5 years’ experience in a SOC (Security Operations Center) as a senior technical lead
OR 2-5 years’ experience within a public/private company as a technical information
security investigator.
– Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity tools.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical personnel.
EDUCATION / TRAINING
Degree/Diploma in computer science or related field, preferably in IT network technology,
understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
LANGUAGE

DESCRIPTION
The Network Administrator installs and configures network devices, troubleshoots/increases network performance, monitors/manages the network infrastructure, upgrades and maintains hardware and software and keeps track of technological advancements and trends. Additionaly, he/she provides recommendations for budgeting, lifecycle, etc…
PROFESSIONAL / EXPERIENCE
– 4-6 years’ experience in Network Administrator role.
– In-depth knowledge of network-technologies, network-implementation, networkconfiguration and network-management.
– Good knowledge about routing (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) and switching.
– Good knowledge of network monitoring tools (Cisco Catalyst Center (former DNA Center), WhatsUpGold) and network access control (Cisco Identity Service Engine).
EDUCATION / TRAINING
Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco certification or proven experience acquired by qualifications with an equivalent professional level.

Main Duties
– Proofreads and edits English-language texts drafted by non-native speakers, as well as translations by linguist colleagues: rewrites awkward or unclear sentences; corrects punctuation, grammar, and typographical errors; corrects spelling mistakes; checks for inconsistencies and missing information; where necessary, improves style and structure; checks formatting; ensures consistency with approved terminology; etc.
– Organizes regular English training sessions and other related activities for Eurocorps
personnel interested in improving their English.
Additional Duties
– Serves as a linguistic consultant (responds to queries from translators regarding terminology and usage;
– Provides guidance to Eurocorps personnel on matters such as terminology, style, grammar, language usage and the vocabulary appropriate for their field of work; etc.).
Essential Qualifications
– Native English proficiency is mandatory, accompanied by an in-depth understanding of the English language and excellent writing skills;
– Ability to ensure accuracy, consistency and faithfulness to the spirit, style and nuances of the original text by leveraging a strong grasp of subject matter;
– Proficiency in handling a broad range of subjects and seeking out information;
– Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines;
– Teaching skills: communication, organization, adaptability, cultural awareness, empathy, creativity, etc.
